By downloading or using Calculus Solver you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Calculus Solver provides AI-powered calculus problem solving via camera scanning, and also handles the algebra and trigonometry a calculus problem may need along the way. Solutions are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors. Calculus Solver is intended as a learning aid, always verify important results independently.

2. Subscriptions

Weekly plan. $6.99/week, charged immediately, no free trial.

Annual plan. $39.99/year (approximately $0.77/week). Includes a 3-day free trial. You will be charged $39.99 at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Calculus Solver to cheat in examinations where external assistance is prohibited. You are solely responsible for how you use solutions provided by the app.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

Calculus Solver is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that solutions are correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calculus Solver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
